Disney Cruise Line

Cruise Disney

for the perfect addition for a Walt Disney World vacation - Disney Cruise Line!  Set sail aboard the Disney Wonder or the Disney Magic for a 3- or 4-night stay to the Bahamas Cruise, after spending either 3- or 4-ngihts at a Walt Disney World Resort.

You'll decide how many days you want to stay at Walt Disney World during your week-long vacation, then Cruise Disney - style, on Disney Cruise Lines.

Remember that onboard there will be some formal dining nights, so you'll want to pack appropriately.  With the unique rotational dining onboard, you're sure to find dining fare to suit every family member during your unforgettable voyage.

Disney's meticulous attention to guest service and all the details of your environment make the Disney Cruise Line an unsurpassable experience.

With plenty of photo opportunities featuring some your favorite Disney Characters, a Sail-Away Celebration, deck parties, beach parties, live shows, feature films, activities for the whole family, and all the special Disney touches, every member of your family will be pampered and entertained in style.

For our Walt Disney World and Disney Cruise Line vacation, we choose to stay at the Deluxe Resort Disney's Beach Club Resort and had an outside stateroom with a balcony; we started with 4 nights at Walt Disney World and end with the 3 night Bahamas cruise onboard the Disney Wonder.

The beauty of the ship is unmatched, and every little detail was pure Disney, as was the level of entertainment.  While we opted for a more relaxing experience, you could be as busy or quiet as you choose.

The adults have plenty of quiet spaces, and the kids of course are treated in true Disney-style with their own deck and planned activities!  Meals are especially arranged to meet adult expectations while the kids enjoy their own fare.  Adults traveling with children are often seated with other families, while adults traveling alone are seated with other adults traveling without any children.

There is plenty of casual dining onboard, too. And just in case you had too much fun in the sun, and want a quiet dinner in your stateroom, room service is also available.

Two special Adults-Only areas onboard give the adults a quite place to enjoy special moments; Palo's and the Spa.

We were celebrating an anniversary on our trip, and there were many special touches to commemorate our trip. For one night, we opted to have a quiet dinner at the adult's only Palo's restaurant where we enjoyed a fabulous meal and outstanding service.  Since reservations are limited, you should plan to reserve your seating as soon as possible after boarding.

We also enjoyed a spa treatment one afternoon, and again you should plan to book a treatment time as soon after boarding as you can.

Everyday onboard you'll get a list of all the activities planned for that day, so you're sure not miss any Disney Character Appearances, meal times and locations, deck parties, shows, and so on.

Once onboard you will find so many options to fill you days, its very hard to decide what to do first!

Cruise Disney for the Ports of Call!  With so many different shore excursions to choose from, every member of your family is sure to find an exciting way to explore the ports.

A Bahamas Cruise in Nassau you might choose:

  • Atlantis Beach Day
  • Catamaran Sail & Snorkel
  • Blue Lagoon Dolphin Encounter
  • Thriller Powerboat
  • Historical Nassau City Tour
  • Sunshine Glass Bottom Boat
  • Caribbean Queen Snorkel
  • Amazing Shopping opportunities
  • and many others

We choose the Thriller Powerboat in the morning, then walked about on our own the rest of the day.  And there is no lack of shipboard activities if you choose to stay aboard in the ports!

There is plenty of time to do everything you could hope and return aboard before sailing.

Next stop: Disney's own private Island Castaway Cay where your Bahamas Cruise will conclude:

Here you will find an amazing array of activities to keep everyone happy:

  • Character Greetings
  • Family Whale Dig
  • Snorkeling Lagoon
  • Volleyball, basketball, Ping-Pong
  • Kayak Adventures
  • Fishing Charters and Parasailing
  • Catamaran/Snorkel
  • Glass Bottom boat
  • Personal watercraft, float rentals, Banana Boat rides, and even bicycle rentals

Again, you'll find an adults only beach - Serenity Bay for all the quite time your wishing for. Plus there is a family beach, and area reserved just for teens!

There's even great eats at several restaurants, bars, and of course merchandise available.

Our trip ended too soon, but we left relaxed, content and would recommend this trip to anyone!
